Why should I take the North Star journey?
The North Star journey is designed to help you follow Jesus. If you are a new disciple, the North Star journey will equip you to begin your journey. If you are a growing disciple, North Star will equip you to help others follow Jesus.
In North Star, you will learn:
- Why Jesus should be the most important relationship in your life
- The story of scripture
- Three pitfalls on our journey with Jesus
- The gospel
- The power of the Holy Spirit
- Our identity in Christ
- The vision God has for your life
- Five practices of Jesus (spiritual disciples) to help you follow Jesus daily
What is the format of North Star?
North Star is a 6-week journey.
Each week there are five short readings (each should take you approximately 5-10 minutes to read), plus some Next Steps to help you connect with God.
Weekly, you will meet with your North Star group. Each group will have 4-7 people (guys with guys, girls with girls). The groups are a place to connect with other followers of Jesus and go deeper in your walk with Jesus.
When do the groups meet?
Your group leader will be in touch with you soon to set up a time for everyone to meet.
